Having trouble logging on?

A system-generated email was recently sent to you that contained a prompt for you to choose a password. If you did not see this email, please check your Inbox, Trash or Junk folders for an email from "UC ONLINE." If the email is missing, please contact the site administrator who enrolled you in the program to find out which address they submitted.


   Resetting Your Password     Follow these steps for resetting your password:

  1. Visit https://cole2.uconline.edu/login/canvas.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link (do not enter any login credentials on this page).
  3. Type the email address that the site administrator submitted to enroll you in the program.
  4. Click the Request Password button.
  5. Check your Inbox and Junk folders for an email from UC ONLINE.
  6. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
